Before the arrival of our clients, our staff double checks all details concerning hotel reservations, means of transportation, etc.., to guarantee that all information provided beforehand is definitively confirmed.

Once the Clients arrive at the airport, they will be meet and assisted through customs and passport control by one of our representatives.

Once outside the airport, our representatives will accompany our clients to their respective hotel(s). They will also receive the agency’s phone number, so that constant communication is always available between the clients and the local offices in case any needs arise.

As for the local guides, they are handpicked professionals who can speak a wide variety of different languages and provide a first-class service.

Regarding the means of transportation provided, some are owned directly by “El Mondo Travel”, all are very well kept, comfortable and air-conditioned. Our fleets include modern vehicles with up-to-date services including: Video, flexible seats, etc…
